Avon Helper Program

The Rep Helper Program is ideal for: Anyone who has never been an Avon Rep, and is interested in earning an extra income, but doesn't want to become a business owner. Anyone who would like to earn free Avon products. Former Avon Reps who do not want to continue being a business owner, but want to continue earning an extra income. Returning Reps who are not yet able to reopen their business due to an outstanding account balance, or other reason. Anyone who wants to "Try It", and work an Avon business before making the commitment to becoming a business owner. Current Reps who would like to reach a larger customer base, and would need help serving those customers. Current Reps who would like to build their order sizes to achieve recognized sales levels (President's Club, Honor Society, etc.). How does the Avon  Rep Helper Program work? Rep Helpers help Avon Representatives to serve a large customer base in return for cash, free products, and/or discounts. The Rep Helper's primary tasks would be to: 1) pass out brochures or send customers to the Representative's website, 2) take orders to call in or show customers how to order online, 3) collect payment, 4) get paid or rewarded, 5) deliver orders. Sales are tracked through written orders and through the Events or Party tabs on the Rep's website. For written orders, customer payments must be received in advance.  Some Representatives may require Rep Helpers to sign a simple agreement stating their duties. Rep Helpers may also earn bonuses for referring others who sign up and become successful Avon Representatives. However, Rep Helpers will be unable to build their own team or participate in Avon's Leadership program. We highly recommend Rep Helpers who have had several referrals Become a Representative and earn even more. Do Rep Helpers need to sign up as Representatives?  No! Rep Helpers do not need to have an active account with Avon. Rep Helpers focus on getting customer orders to the Representative. Active Reps do the business activities, including entering orders, ordering samples and supplies, packing orders, and attending meetings. How do I become an Avon Rep Helper? Contact Us.
